At Jay’s Computer Services, we’re a Nantwich based company that provides computer and laptop repairs to homes and businesses throughout Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach and the surrounding Cheshire areas.
We specialise in PC, Laptop and Mac upgrade and repairs either on-site at our dedicated workshop, at your home or business premises.

Owned and run by Jay Kracke, the technicians working on your equipment are extensively trained with nearly two decades of working directly within the computer repair industry and are the ‘turn-to’ business for repairs that others simply can’t undertake.
No outsourcing
All repair services advertised are performed by us; we won’t trust your repair with anyone else, whether that be for logic board repair to data recovery!. Plus, as we conduct all repairs directly, turnaround for getting your equipment back is much faster.
Free estimates: we do not charge an estimate fee
Unlike many others, taking apart your PC, Laptop or Mac to determine what is wrong with it costs £0 here. We believe diagnostic fees are predatory in this business. For a spoken word estimate of your problem, there is no fee!
Affordable: We don’t lie about your problem to milk you for more money
We will never misrepresent what we are doing, such as replacing an external hard drive cable and charging you for data recovery. Our belief is that we want you to be a customer for life and its therefore not about a quick fix for a quid. We’re trusted by our community, and there’s a reason for it.
We do not perform jobs we cannot do properly
We understand we’re a trusted repairer and you may feel most comfortable for us to look after your PC when somethings gone wrong. If we feel we’re not the best fit for the job, we’ll tell you so. In fact we’ll beg you to get the right outcome. This could be when we’re aware of a manufacturer recall or simply because of your extended warranty with that business. Our goal is to make you happy while making money so that you’re equally happy to refer us and indeed come back in the future. If we can only do one without the other, we will not take on the job.
Encouraging knowledge sharing in the local community
We love it that some of our customers are really passionate about their computers. That’s why we run small programs for budding builders and repairers to come in to our shop and gain first hand knowledge. This could be seeing how a repair is done, or actually getting to build your own new computer that you’ve just specked and purchased from us. And of course, we won’t charge for the privilege of passing on that knowledge and experience.
